If the TV buffers, the video is not getting data evenly enough. This can be due to both the internet connection and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and the TV.
Common causes are:
- a weak 4G or 5G signal
- heavy load on the mobile network
- the TV is far from the router
- a weak Wi-Fi signal
- several devices are using the internet at the same time
- streaming in high resolution
- the data package is almost or completely used up
Try the following
It is best to start by:
- restarting the router and the TV
- placing the router closer to the TV
- testing both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi
- pausing downloads and streaming on other devices
- lowering the picture quality in the streaming app
- running a speed test to check the speed
If the problem only occurs in the evening, it may be because the mobile network is more heavily loaded when many people use it at the same time.
If you are abroad
When roaming, the router can connect to different local mobile networks. Speed and stability can therefore vary between places and campsites.
Also check on My Pages that you still have data left in your package.
