Fire TV Stick on 12V

Fire TV Stick puts your streaming services behind one voice remote. In a vehicle it is usually the power that causes trouble, not the stick. The Wifi.se power adapter is tested and confirmed with Fire TV Stick.

The same account at home and on the road

Sign in on the stick at home, and your apps are ready when you arrive. With the power adapter you only need the TV's USB port or a USB charger in the 12V socket, in the motorhome and on the boat.

How the energy buffer works

A standard USB port on a TV often supplies only around 0.5 amps. That is not always enough for a TV stick. The Wifi.se power adapter has a patented design with a built-in energy buffer. The buffer stores energy and releases it when the stick needs more.

If the TV's port is not enough, plug the adapter into a USB charger in the 12V socket. Then it works in a motorhome, a caravan, on a boat and at the campsite.

Tips for Fire TV Stick

  • If space behind the TV is tight, use the HDMI extender that came with the stick.
  • If the TV has several USB ports, pick the one that supplies the most power.
  • If you see a power warning, try a USB charger in the 12V socket.
