Yes, you can save the QR code as an image to keep it for reference.
But remember that the QR code can normally only be used once. Once the eSIM profile is installed on the device, the same QR code usually cannot be used again, even if you have saved the image.
So do not delete the eSIM profile from the phone or router unnecessarily. If the eSIM has been deleted, contact us so that we can check what applies to your eSIM.
Avoid using up the eSIM profile
Treat the QR code like an installation key. Install the profile on the device where it is actually going to be used, and do not delete a working profile unnecessarily. If you change device or have deleted the profile by mistake, contact support before you continue, so that reinstallation is not made more difficult.
Important with eSIM
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile and does not work quite like a plastic SIM. So do not delete the profile and do not scan the QR code with another device just to test it. A QR code may be intended for a single installation, and if the old profile is deleted, a new one may need to be ordered.
