Which countries are included depends on which roaming SIM and which data plan you choose.
Most of our roaming packages work throughout the EU. Some packages also include countries outside the EU, for example Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
As the country list can differ between our SIM cards and data packages, it is important to check the details of the exact plan you want to buy.
For each data plan you can see which countries are included and how much data you can use. It is best to check this before your trip, especially if you travel through several countries or outside the EU.
How network selection works when roaming
When roaming, the device searches for available partner networks. Automatic network selection is normally the first choice, but if the connection does not work, manual network selection can be a good troubleshooting step. Remember: a network that appears in the list does not automatically mean that your SIM is allowed to register on it.

Check the status of the service and then test one thing at a time. When you contact Wifi.se support, please tell us which router you are using, which SIM/eSIM it concerns, which country you are in and what you have already tested. That way we can start directly with the right troubleshooting step.
