The Hybrid Traveller does not start at all

If the Hybrid Traveller does not start at all, first connect it to power and let it charge for a while before starting it again.

Check that the charging cable and power adapter are connected properly, and try a different power socket. Then hold down the power button for a few seconds to start the router.

If the battery was completely flat, it may take a moment before the router responds.

If no light comes on even though the power is connected, try another compatible charger or cable to rule out a problem with the power supply.

If the router still does not start, get in touch with us. We will help you with further troubleshooting.

Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller

The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
