What are logs?

Logs are technical information that a router or app saves about what happens in the system. They can show, for example, when the device connects to the mobile network, loses the connection or gets an error.

Support may sometimes ask for logs to see what happened just before a problem occurred. Logs are mainly used for more advanced troubleshooting.

Do not change more than necessary

Router settings such as APN, DNS, network mode and VPN can affect the whole internet connection. So change one setting at a time and note the original value before you change anything. Then you can easily go back if the result gets worse.

If it still does not work

Check the status of the service and then test one thing at a time. When you contact Wifi.se support, please tell us which router you are using, which SIM/eSIM it concerns, which country you are in and what you have already tested. That way we can start directly with the right troubleshooting step.
