This router supports Nano-SIM cards and is also prepared for future eSIM functionality. You can purchase a SIM card from us or any other operator. Our router is not locked to any operator allowing you to use any SIM card. Make sure the SIM card has no PIN-code.

Installation
Be careful when inserting the SIM card to ensure it is properly aligned and inserted gently. Do not use force to insert the SIM card as it may get stuck. Refer to the image on the router for correct SIM card insertion. The cut corner of the SIM card should be downwards. It can only be inserted one way.
Use the correct SIM card: Nano-SIM (smallest SIM card). Insert the SIM card gently into the SIM card slot until it clicks.
To remove the SIM card, press the SIM card gently until it clicks and the card will pop out automatically. Do not insert or remove the SIM card while the router is on. This may affect performance and damage the SIM card.
Connect the power adapter or USB cable to the router. Press the power button for more than 3 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing and the router starts. When the indicator light stops flashing, the router has completed the initialization and starts operating.

Connecting to the Router
Connect via Wi-Fi
Connect your mobile phone or computer to the router’s Wi-Fi. (Refer to the label on the bottom of the router for the Wi-Fi SSID and password). You can also find the same label under the battery.
Connect via Ethernet
Connect your computer to the router with an Ethernet cable to access the Internet.
Router Admin Configuration – Only for Advanced Users!
- Connect your mobile phone or computer to the router with an Ethernet cable or through Wi-Fi.
- Type 192.168.8.1 in your browser. Use the default username and password. The username is admin and the password is admin.
- Then you can change the settings in the router’s admin interface. We advise keeping the default settings.

How do I restore factory settings?
When the router is on, press the reset button for 3 seconds until the indicator starts blinking. After about 60 seconds, the indicator stops blinking, which means the router has completed the reset.
What should I do if I forgot the Wi-Fi password or the login password?
Reset the router to factory settings and use the default Wi-Fi password and login details.
What should I do if the router cannot connect to the Internet?
- Make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Check that your SIM card is active.
- Make sure the router is turned on.
- Check that the power lamp is lit on the router.
What should I do if the router cannot connect to the 5G Network?
- Check if your SIM card is active.
- Make sure there is mobile coverage in your area.
How do I know the router is connected to a 5G Network?
If the 5G light is green, the 5G Network is connected.
What should I do if I cannot access the Router Admin Interface?
- Ensure your computer is connected to the router through an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Ensure your computer is set to obtain an IP address and DNS server address automatically.
- Restart your browser or try another browser.
- If the problem persists, restore the router to factory settings.
