To restart the Hybrid Traveller, first switch off the router with the power button.
Wait a few seconds and then start the router again. Then give it a minute or a few minutes to find a mobile network and reconnect to the internet.
A restart can help if the router has lost the connection, cannot find the mobile network or the internet has suddenly become unstable.
If the problem persists after the restart, check that the SIM card is active, that data roaming is switched on when roaming and that network selection is set to Auto.
Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller
The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
