To start the Hybrid Traveller, hold down the power button until the router starts and the lights come on.
Then wait a minute or a few minutes while the router searches for a mobile network and connects. Once connected, you can connect your phone, computer, tablet or TV to the router’s Wi-Fi.
The Hybrid Traveller works with a physical nano SIM or an eSIM and does not need any technical installation.
If the router does not connect straight away, check that the SIM card is active and that data roaming is switched on if you are using a roaming SIM.
Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller
The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
