Getting started with the Hybrid Traveller is easy. You do not need to install or mount anything technical.
You can use the router with both a physical SIM card and an eSIM. Insert the SIM card or install your eSIM, start the router and wait a few minutes until it has connected to the mobile network.
Then connect your phone, computer, tablet or TV to the router’s Wi-Fi and you can use the internet.
If you use a Europe or roaming SIM, data roaming must be switched on. It is usually best to leave network selection on Auto.
The Hybrid Traveller has built-in antennas. So you do not need to mount a roof antenna, run cables or drill holes. The router is built so that you can take it with you and use it straight away as easily as possible.
Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller
The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
