No. The Europe roaming SIM does not work in the same way as our Swedish SIM cards.
A Swedish SIM can normally be topped up with more data via My Pages and is activated quickly after payment.
The roaming SIM has to be extended in advance
A Europe roaming SIM is managed and extended in our network partner’s systems.
That is why an extension must be made at least 5 working days before the current period expires.
If fewer than 5 working days are left, the card can no longer be extended.
Do not wait until the last day
When there are about 10 days left, we send you an email to let you know that the period will soon expire.
If you want to keep using the same SIM card, we recommend making the extension as soon as you receive the email.
