No. If you want to keep using the same Europe roaming SIM, the extension must be made before the current period expires.
The extension must be registered at least 5 working days before the end date.
If the card has already expired
When the period has expired, the SIM card is automatically switched off.
The card is then used up and can be neither activated again nor extended. Instead, you need a new Europe SIM card and activate a new data package.
Extend in good time
When there are about 10 days left, we send you an email to let you know that the period will soon end.
If you want to keep using the same card, we recommend making the extension as soon as you receive the email.
