Yes. The Hybrid Traveller also works well as an internet router at home.
You can connect phones, computers, tablets, smart TVs and other Wi-Fi devices just as with an ordinary router. It is especially suitable if you do not have fibre, want a flexible backup connection or only need internet for a limited time.
For use in Sweden you can combine the Hybrid Traveller with our Swedish SIM cards, which are valid for 12 months from activation. That way you do not need a traditional ongoing broadband contract and instead use the data included in your package.
The router uses 5G or 4G depending on the coverage where you live. For the best result we recommend placing it where the mobile signal is strongest, preferably near a window or higher up in the home.
Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller
The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
