Always start simple. Check My Pages, SIM activation and data. If you are abroad, roaming should be on. Restart the router. With a physical SIM: test it in a phone with mobile data and roaming on and Wi-Fi off. With an eSIM: do not delete the profile or reuse the QR code. The Hybrid Traveller normally uses its built-in antennas, while Wifi Extreme also requires checking the external antenna and cables.
You normally do not need to change advanced settings just because you know the term. Start with the default settings and only change what is needed for the specific service.
