When your 30-day period ends, the Europe roaming SIM is automatically switched off unless you have extended it.
You will receive an email before the period expires
When there are about 10 days left, we send you an email to let you know that the period will soon end.
If you want to continue, use the information in the email and pay for another period of 30 days.
The extension must be made no later than 5 working days before the period expires.
If you do not extend
If you do not extend, the SIM card is automatically switched off at the end of the period.
Once the card has been switched off, it is used up and cannot be activated again. You can then dispose of the card and use a new Europe SIM the next time you need internet.
We always include two Europe SIM cards. So feel free to keep the extra card as a spare.
