How to extend month by month
When there are about 10 days of the active period left, we send you an email to let you know that the period will soon expire.
If you want to continue, use the information in the email and pay for another period of 30 days.
You can extend the card again and again like this, up to six months in total.
Always extend in good time
An extension must be made no later than 5 working days before the current period expires.
Whatever you do, do not wait until the last day.
If you do not extend
If you do not extend, the SIM card is automatically switched off at the end of the period.
Once the card has been switched off, it is used up and cannot be activated again. You can then dispose of the card and use a new Europe SIM for the next activation.
We always include two Europe SIM cards. So it is best to keep the extra card as a spare.
