What happens when the data runs out?

When the data package has run out, the router’s Wi-Fi can still be visible and your devices can still be connected to the router, but the internet connection does not work as usual.

What you can do depends on which type of SIM card you have.

Swedish SIM card

If you have a Swedish SIM card, you can easily buy more data via My Pages.

Once the payment is registered, the new data is normally activated within a few minutes.

Europe SIM / data roaming SIM

If you have a Europe SIM, the data package applies for a period of 30 days.

If the data runs out before the period is over, you normally cannot top up the same period with more data. You then need to either:

• wait until the current 30-day period has expired and activate a new period, or
• activate another Europe roaming SIM with a new data package

If you travel a lot, it can therefore be good to have an extra Europe SIM available as a spare.
