No, not if you use the Hybrid Traveller.
The Hybrid Traveller is designed to work with its built-in antennas, and an external roof antenna cannot be connected. So first place the router as well as possible, preferably high up and near a window.
But if you know that you often stay in places with very weak mobile coverage, another router solution with a connection for an external roof antenna may be the better choice.
For most people travelling by motorhome or caravan, we recommend trying the Hybrid Traveller without a roof antenna first.
Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller
The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
