How do I do a factory reset?

On the Hybrid Traveller there is a small RESET hole next to the slot for the physical SIM card.

Do this:

1. Leave the router switched on.
2. Use a SIM tool, a thin paper clip or something similar.
3. Carefully press the RESET button through the small hole.
4. Hold the button down for about 30 seconds.
5. Release the button and let the router restart.

After the reset the router is back to factory settings.

Important to know

If you have previously changed, for example:

• Wi-Fi name
• Wi-Fi password
• network settings
• other settings of your own

these are reset to the default settings after a factory reset.

Do not use a large, sharp or thick object to press the RESET button. It can damage the button or the reset hole. It is best to use a SIM tool or a thin paper clip and press gently.
