Customer supportWhat is Wifi Extreme?
Wifi Extreme is Wifi.se’s more permanently installed router solution, built on a 5G router platform and intended for use with an external or roof-mounted antenna. It is a different product from the Hybrid Traveller.
You normally do not need to change advanced settings just because you know the term. Start with the default settings and only change what is needed for the specific service.
Good to know
Wifi Extreme is a more advanced router solution where the mobile network, antennas, APN and network selection can be set in more detail. Always start with the basic checks before changing advanced settings, because a wrong APN, manual network selection or a badly connected antenna cable can stop the internet completely.
If it still does not work
Check the status of the service and then test one thing at a time. When you contact Wifi.se support, please tell us which router you are using, which SIM/eSIM it concerns, which country you are in and what you have already tested. That way we can start directly with the right troubleshooting step.
