Check the status of the service and then test one thing at a time. If you contact Wifi.se support, please state which router you are using, which SIM/eSIM it applies to, which country you are in and what you have already tested. Yes, but how it works depends on the type of SIM card you have.
Log in to My Pages here:
https://my.Wifi.se/Login?lang=en
There you can see information about your SIM card, current status, data package and which options are available for your service.
Swedish SIM card
For our Swedish SIM cards, you can buy and add a new data plan directly via My Pages when the function is available for your subscription.
Once the new plan is activated, you can continue to use the SIM card as usual.
Europe SIM
For Europe SIM, it works differently. A new period must be ordered no later than 5 working days before the current period ends.
It is therefore not normally possible to top up extra surf in the middle of an active period. Instead, you order a new period that starts when the current period expires.
We therefore recommend that you check the end date well in advance and order the next period at least 5 working days before.
Always check data before troubleshooting
If the data package is exhausted, the router’s Wi-Fi may still be visible and your devices may still be connected to Hybrid Traveller, but the internet will not work as usual.
Therefore, always check the SIM card status, remaining data and validity on My Pages before starting to change router settings.
