What happens when I cross the border?

When you cross the border into a new country, your roaming SIM automatically searches for an available partner network in the new country.

It can take a few minutes before the router or phone has registered on the new network. During this time the internet connection may drop briefly.

Check that data roaming is switched on and that network selection is normally set to Auto. If the connection does not come back, restart the router or choose another operator manually.

Also remember that the country you are entering must be included in the data plan you chose. So always check the country list before your trip.
