You can easily extend your Europe roaming SIM by another period of 30 days.
Do this
When there are about 10 days of your current period left, we send you an email to let you know that the data package will soon expire.
If you want to continue, use the information in the email and pay for another 30 days.
Extend in good time
The extension must be made no later than 5 working days before the current period expires.
If you do not extend in time, the SIM card is automatically switched off at the end of the period.
If the SIM card has already been switched off
Once the card has been switched off, it is used up and cannot be activated again. You will then need a new Europe SIM card.
We always include two Europe SIM cards. So it is best to keep the extra card as a spare.
