Can it run on 230 V?

Yes. The Hybrid Traveller can run on 230 V with the included power adapter.

So you can use the router at home, at the campsite or in other places with an ordinary 230 V socket.

The Hybrid Traveller can also run on 12 V, which makes it practical in motorhomes and caravans, for example.

The router also has a built-in battery that gives up to about 8 hours of use, depending on use and signal strength.

Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller

The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
