How do I see whether the roaming SIM is active?

You can check the status of your Europe roaming SIM on My Pages.

There you can see whether the SIM card is active and which validity period applies.

If you want to check that it really works

You can also insert the SIM card in a phone and test it:

• switch on mobile data
• switch on data roaming
• switch off Wi-Fi
• browse the internet

If you can get online, the SIM card is active and working.

If it does not work

First check on My Pages that the data package is active.
