Why do I need a customer account first?

If you have a SIM card from us, you automatically get access to My Pages. With the customer account you can manage your SIM cards more easily yourself and keep a clear overview of your services.

On My Pages you can, among other things, see your SIM cards, check the status and follow your data usage. You can also choose yourself when to activate your Europe SIM and so match the activation to the start of your trip.

That way you have all the information about your SIM cards and data plans in one place and can easily check before your trip that everything is ready.
