You need to make the extension no later than 5 working days before the current period expires.
If fewer than 5 working days are left, the SIM card can no longer be extended.
You will receive an email in good time
When there are about 10 days left, we send you an email to let you know that your Europe roaming SIM will soon expire.
If you want to keep using the same SIM card, we recommend making the extension as soon as you receive the email.
Important
Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.
If the extension is not made at least 5 working days before the period expires, the SIM card is switched off at the end of the period. After that the card is used up and cannot be activated again.
