No. The extension is there precisely so that you do not have to rush to use up remaining data just because the first 12 months are over.
The Sweden SIM is intended for mobile data in Sweden and follows the validity of the data package you chose.
When troubleshooting, it is best to change only one thing at a time. That makes it easier to see which step actually solves the problem.
Check your data before troubleshooting
If the data package has run out, the Wi-Fi can still be visible and the device can still connect to the router, but internet traffic does not work as usual. So check the remaining data and the package’s validity on My Pages before changing router settings.
