Can it be used while charging?

Yes. The Hybrid Traveller can be used while it is charging.

So you can leave the router connected to power and use the internet at the same time, for example via USB, 12 V or 230 V.

This is practical in a motorhome, caravan, holiday home or at home, especially if the router is to run for a long time.

Remember that the router can get a little warmer when it is used and charged at the same time. So place it in the open with air around it and avoid direct sun or very warm rooms.

For the best battery life

Battery life depends on the signal strength, the number of connected devices and data usage. With a weak mobile signal the router often has to work harder, which can increase power consumption. For longer stationary use it therefore makes sense to connect the router to power.

Good to know about the Hybrid Traveller

The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.
