A Europe roaming SIM has to be extended in our network partner’s systems before the current period expires.
That is why we need at least 5 working days’ notice to register and carry out the extension in time.
If fewer than 5 working days are left
If fewer than 5 working days of the period are left, the SIM card can no longer be extended.
The card is then automatically switched off at the end of the active period and cannot be activated again after that.
That is why we send a reminder
When there are about 10 days left, we send you an email so that you have enough time to order and pay for the next 30-day period.
Remember that weekends and public holidays do not count as working days. So it is best to extend as soon as you receive our email.
