Caravan Salon is a festival that attracts many visitors every year. The hustle and bustle in the halls and outdoor areas remind one of a music festival. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, this may not be the most COVID-safe environment.

Most motorhome fairs in Europe were canceled due to the pandemic, but not Caravan Salon. The fair organizers developed a concept to hold the event in a COVID-safe manner.

The organizers were determined to hold the fair despite several major players choosing to opt-out. They took it as a challenge and created a COVID protection concept called ProtAction, which included measures like maintaining large distances, limiting the number of visitors per day, and more.

Wifi.se went down to the Motorhome Fair in Düsseldorf to scan the market and the range of offerings. We saw amazing motorhomes, new models, and plenty of accessories. Our primary focus was on technical solutions. We were looking for Wi-Fi solutions for motorhomes and other accessories that help keep you connected.
