Router WiFi Performance 5G and Roof Antenna<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. General Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This router is designed to provide fast internet connectivity and supports 5G technology. Depending on your order, the router may be delivered:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • With a pre-installed SIM card<\/strong>, already inserted and activated if activation was selected during purchase.<\/li>\n
  • Without a SIM card<\/strong>, meaning you will need to insert and activate the SIM card yourself (see sections 10 and 12).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This manual includes detailed instructions for setting up and using the router with patch antennas<\/strong>, flexible antennas that can be positioned for optimal performance.<\/p>\n

    2. Included Accessories<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The router package includes the following components:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Patch Antennas:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 4 antennas for 5G (labeled “5G”).<\/li>\n
      • 2 antennas for Wi-Fi (labeled “Wi-Fi”).<\/li>\n
      • All patch antennas come with 2-meter-long cables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Router unit<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • LAN cable<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Power cables (depending on your order):<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • A 12-volt cigarette lighter cable.<\/li>\n
        • A 230-volt adapter.<\/li>\n
        • A battery connection cable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Pre-installed SIM card (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3. For Routers with Pre-Installed SIM Cards<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          If the router is delivered with a pre-installed and activated SIM card, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

          1. Connect the power cable to the router.<\/li>\n
          2. Attach the roof antenna cables to their respective ports on the router.<\/li>\n
          3. Turn on the router.<\/li>\n
          4. The router is ready to use, and the internet will be available if the SIM card is activated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4. For Routers Without Pre-Installed SIM Cards<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            If the router is delivered without a SIM card, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Insert a SIM card into SIM 1<\/strong> as per the instructions in section 10.<\/li>\n
            2. Check the SIM card activation status (see section 12).<\/li>\n
            3. Once the SIM card is activated and correctly inserted, connect the router to power and antennas.<\/li>\n
            4. Turn on the router, and the internet should now work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5. Installing Patch Antennas<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                \n
              • 5G Antennas:<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Attach the 5G antennas (labeled “5G”) to the router ports labeled Mobile Main<\/strong> and Mobile Aux<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • Wi-Fi Antennas:<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • Attach the Wi-Fi antennas (labeled “Wi-Fi”) to the router ports labeled Wi-Fi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Placement Recommendations for Patch Antennas:<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    • Place patch antennas in different locations for better signal reception.<\/li>\n
                    • Avoid placing antennas near metal surfaces or other obstructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      6. Recommendations for Router Placement<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                        \n
                      • Placement Tips:<\/strong>\n
                          \n
                        • Mount the router in a cabinet or on a wall using the included Velcro strips<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                        • Ensure the router\u2019s label (containing SSID and password) is not covered by Velcro.<\/li>\n
                        • Wi-Fi coverage extends to both indoor and outdoor areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                        • Removing the Router:<\/strong>\n
                            \n
                          • Use a fork or knife to gently loosen the Velcro if you need to move the router.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            7. Wi-Fi Settings<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                              \n
                            • Network Name (SSID):<\/strong>\n
                                \n
                              • The Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is printed on the label on the back of the router.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                              • Wi-Fi Password:<\/strong>\n
                                  \n
                                • The password is also printed on the label.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  8. How to Insert a SIM Card<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                                    \n
                                  1. Turn off the router.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                  2. Insert the SIM card into SIM 1<\/strong>:\n
                                      \n
                                    • Ensure the card is correctly oriented and slides in smoothly.<\/li>\n
                                    • Do not press too hard to avoid damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                    • Turn on the router and wait 1\u20131.5 minutes<\/strong> for it to boot up.<\/li>\n
                                    • The router\u2019s lights will blink while searching for 3G, 4G, and 5G signals.<\/li>\n
                                    • Once the connection is established, the 4G or 5G light will stay solid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      9. Troubleshooting<\/strong><\/h4>\n
                                      A. Internet Not Working \u2013 All Lights Blinking<\/strong><\/h5>\n
                                        \n
                                      • Cause:<\/strong> The SIM card is not correctly inserted or the router cannot detect it.<\/li>\n
                                      • Solution:<\/strong>\n
                                          \n
                                        1. Turn off the router.<\/li>\n
                                        2. Insert the SIM card properly into SIM 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                                        3. Turn on the router and check the lights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                          B. No Internet Connection Found<\/strong><\/h5>\n
                                            \n
                                          • Cause:<\/strong> The SIM card is not activated, or the signal strength is poor.<\/li>\n
                                          • Solution:<\/strong>\n

                                            • Check the SIM card activation status (see section 12).<\/li>\n
