Some of these routers are locked for roaming from the factory, which means that no matter which SIM card you have, the connection won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n<p>There may also be other reasons why your router doesn&#8217;t work abroad. Try changing the Type filtering to 4G and check that the 4G router has registered to the mobile network. You can save the log file from the 4G router to your computer by clicking the Save Log button. If the 4G router has connected and been assigned an IP address, there may be a problem with the DNS. Log in to the web interface.<\/p>\n<p>If your router is locked for roaming abroad, there is a way to fix it. When you are abroad, you can log in to the router and enable roaming. Routers like this are locked for roaming from the factory. This means your Wi-Fi will stop working when you are outside Sweden&#8217;s borders, as no SIM card will work abroad with this router.
