Everything on this page is taken from our <a href=\"https:\/\/wifi.se\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">terms of purchase<\/a>. If anything here should differ from the terms, the terms apply.<\/p>\n<h2>14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>If you bought your product remotely, for example on our website or through customer service, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You cancel your purchase by contacting us.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The packaging must be unopened.<\/li>\n<li>A service must not have started.<\/li>\n<li>We pay any shipping costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been completed and you expressly agreed that it could start, or if you have broken the seal. In other words, once the product has been used, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.<\/p>\n<h2>How to make a return<\/h2>\n<p>Always contact us first, before you send anything back. Have your order number ready and tell us whether you want to cancel your purchase or report a fault. If something is not working, photos, the serial number and a short description of what happened and what you have already tried help us a lot.<\/p>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@wifi.se\">info@wifi.se<\/a>, call +46 8 20 21 05 or use our <a href=\"https:\/\/wifi.se\/en\/contact-us\/\">contact page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Faulty products, warranty and complaints<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Routers, router packages, antennas and other accessories come with a 1-year warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Faults or defects must be reported within a reasonable time after you noticed them, or should have noticed them. If you do not complain within 3 years of receiving the item, you lose the right to claim the fault, unless the warranty, another commitment or the law says otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>If we cannot fix the problem ourselves, the product goes to our supplier for troubleshooting. Our normal handling time for troubleshooting is 7 working days, and it can take longer if the product has to go on to the supplier.<\/li>\n<li>Sending a broken product to us is at your expense. We pay for sending the repaired product back to you.<\/li>\n<li>If troubleshooting shows that the product has no original fault that Wifi.se Sverige AB is responsible for, you will be charged the troubleshooting fee we have to pay the supplier, manufacturer or service workshop, currently at least \u20ac50 including VAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Uncollected parcels<\/h2>\n<p>If an order is not collected and comes back to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the order value, but at least \u20ac30.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancelling a subscription<\/h2>\n<p>Subscriptions must be cancelled 30 days before the end of the subscription period.
