Do not switch off the router while the firmware is being updated. The device may restart automatically, and it can take a few minutes for Wi-Fi and the mobile connection to come back. If an update has just been done, wait until the router has fully started before you begin troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

The Hybrid Traveller receives the internet over 4G\/5G and then shares the connection as its own Wi-Fi network. So two different things can affect the result: the mobile reception at the router and the Wi-Fi signal between the router and your devices. When you have problems, it is worth checking both separately.<\/p>\n
