When your eSIM is ready, the QR code is sent to the email address registered on your order or customer account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With the QR code you install the eSIM profile on your phone or a compatible router. Follow the instructions on the device and scan the code when prompted.<\/p>\n

Remember that the QR code can normally only be used once<\/strong> and only for the first installation. So it is best to keep the email, but do not delete the eSIM profile from the device after installation.<\/p>\n

If you cannot find the email with the QR code, also check your spam folder.<\/p>\n

Avoid using up the eSIM profile<\/h3>\n

Treat the QR code like an installation key. Install the profile on the device where it is actually going to be used, and do not delete a working profile unnecessarily. If you change device or have deleted the profile by mistake, contact support before you continue, so that reinstallation is not made more difficult.<\/p>\n

Important with eSIM<\/h3>\n

An eSIM is a digital SIM profile and does not work quite like a plastic SIM. So do not delete the profile and do not scan the QR code with another device just to test it. A QR code may be intended for a single installation, and if the old profile is deleted, a new one may need to be ordered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
