If you accidentally delete your eSIM from the phone or router, the same eSIM normally cannot be installed again with the old QR code.<\/p>\n

The QR code can usually only be used once<\/strong> and only for the first installation. So if the eSIM profile is deleted from the device, contact us. We will check what applies to your eSIM and help you further.<\/p>\n

So do not delete the eSIM profile during normal troubleshooting unless you have been instructed to do so.<\/p>\n

Avoid using up the eSIM profile<\/span><\/p>\n

Treat the QR code like an installation key. Install the profile on the device where it is actually going to be used, and do not delete a working profile unnecessarily. If you change device or have deleted the profile by mistake, contact support before you continue, so that reinstallation is not made more difficult.<\/p>\n

Important with eSIM<\/h3>\n

An eSIM is a digital SIM profile and does not work quite like a plastic SIM. So do not delete the profile and do not scan the QR code with another device just to test it. A QR code may be intended for a single installation, and if the old profile is deleted, a new one may need to be ordered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
