An eSIM is a digital SIM profile. Check that the right profile is active and that data and roaming are set correctly. Do not delete the profile and do not scan the QR code with another device without asking support first, as the QR code can normally only be used once.<\/p>\n

An eSIM is a digital SIM profile. Installation and data package are two different things: the profile must be installed correctly and the service must be active.<\/p>\n

You normally do not need to change advanced settings just because you know the term. Start with the default settings and only change what is needed for the specific service.<\/p>\n

Avoid using up the eSIM profile<\/h3>\n

Treat the QR code like an installation key. Install the profile on the device where it is actually going to be used, and do not delete a working profile unnecessarily. If you change device or have deleted the profile by mistake, contact support before you continue, so that reinstallation is not made more difficult.<\/p>\n

Important with eSIM<\/h3>\n

An eSIM is a digital SIM profile and does not work quite like a plastic SIM. So do not delete the profile and do not scan the QR code with another device just to test it. A QR code may be intended for a single installation, and if the old profile is deleted, a new one may need to be ordered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
