Log in to My Pages with the customer’s registered email address or login details. There you can see SIM status, data usage and services and, where the function is available, manage activation, extra data and new SIM cards. When troubleshooting, My Pages is one of the first places you should check.<\/p>\n

When troubleshooting, it is best to change only one thing at a time. That makes it easier to see which step actually solves the problem.<\/p>\n

Why My Pages is important<\/h3>\n

It is best to check the status of the service on My Pages before you start troubleshooting the router. If a SIM is inactive or the data package has run out, changing the router settings will not help. So always check activation and data first.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
