Before you open the web interface<\/h3>\n
First connect your phone or computer to the router’s Wi-Fi. Then open the router’s local address in the browser. If the page does not open, check that the device really is connected to the right router, and temporarily switch off mobile data on the phone if it tries to use the mobile network instead.<\/p>\n
Good to know<\/h3>\n
Wifi Extreme is a more advanced router solution where the mobile network, antennas, APN and network selection can be set in more detail. Always start with the basic checks before changing advanced settings, because a wrong APN, manual network selection or a badly connected antenna cable can stop the internet completely.<\/p>\n

Check the status of the service and then test one thing at a time. When you contact Wifi.se support, please tell us which router you are using, which SIM\/eSIM it concerns, which country you are in and what you have already tested.
