A <strong>loose or badly connected antenna cable can cause a poorer signal<\/strong>, an unstable connection or lower speed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the router uses several antenna cables for 4G\/5G, it is important that all the cables are firmly seated in the correct antenna connectors.<\/p>\n<h3>Check the connections<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If the signal is poor:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>check that all the antenna cables are firmly attached<\/li>\n<li>check that the cables are on the right connectors<\/li>\n<li>make sure the connectors are not damaged or crooked<\/li>\n<li>check that the cable is not sharply bent, pinched or damaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Carefully tighten the connectors <strong>by hand<\/strong>.
