Wifi Extreme has connectors for external antennas. The included antennas are screwed directly onto the router’s antenna connectors.<\/p>\n

Do this:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. It is best to switch off the router before connecting the antennas.<\/li>\n
  2. Carefully screw the antennas onto the correct antenna connectors on the router.<\/li>\n
  3. Tighten them by hand until they are secure.<\/li>\n
  4. Do not use tools and do not overtighten, as the connectors can be damaged.<\/li>\n
  5. Start the router and check the signal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you use a patch or roof antenna<\/h3>\n

    Patch and roof antennas are connected to the router’s external antenna connectors via antenna cables. Before installing, check that the connectors fit the router.<\/p>\n

    A roof antenna normally requires a permanent installation<\/strong>: the antenna is mounted on the roof of the motorhome or caravan and the cables are run to the router.<\/p>\n

    Place the antenna as openly as possible and, if possible, not right next to large metal parts or other electronic devices.<\/p>\n
