The work environment should be safe and secure, and the work should provide opportunities for collaboration and social interaction with customers and colleagues.
We aim for variety, enabling more individuals to participate in a wider range of tasks, fostering a greater understanding of the company’s and colleagues’ responsibilities. The work environment at Björkmans Bil consists of both physical and psychosocial aspects.
Wifi.se (Wifi.se Sverige AB) has a minimum requirement to comply with regulations, directives, and rules applicable to work environment areas.
This includes the Work Environment Act (AML), the Work Environment Ordinance (AMF), the regulation on Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM), Systematic Fire Safety Work (SBA), as well as other directives and general advice from the Swedish Work Environment Authority (AMV).
Each employee has a personal responsibility for their health and the workplace environment. All employees must actively participate in the daily work environment efforts. They must adhere to occupational safety instructions as well as rules and routines for performing work. It is every employee’s duty to immediately report any risks or threats to a good work environment.
The company shall work preventively and be proactive with rehabilitation cases to ensure that employees can return to work as quickly as possible.
Through close collaboration with occupational health services and active wellness initiatives, we aim for a good work environment, healthier staff, and a continuously decreasing rate of absenteeism.
