Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT and other charges. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly displayed before the final order is placed and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any shipping and handling fees.

Shipping/Delivery Times
Normally, the product will be shipped no later than 3 business days after the order is received. If the products are out of stock, delivery times may vary. Information will be provided regarding the expected delivery schedule.

We use Postnord or DHL for shipping and delivery within or outside Sweden. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you. This will be sent to the mobile number or email address you provided when ordering. For products in stock, delivery is normally completed no later than the second business day after the order confirmation, except during holidays or vacation periods.

Wifi.se Sverige AB reserves the right for any stock errors, which may result in delayed deliveries. If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the earliest possible delivery date. Wifi.se Sverige AB is not liable for any damages caused to the customer due to these delays.

Uncollected Packages
For uncollected orders returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the order value, but no less than 300 SEK.

Right of Withdrawal/Returns
If you purchase a product remotely (e.g., online or via customer service), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your purchase by contacting us. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the packaging must be unopened, and no service must have started. We cover any shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with your express consent or if the product seal has been broken. In other words, if the product has been used, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Reservations
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant changes from our suppliers, typographical errors, or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen circumstances under Force Majeure below.

Repairs
Primarily, the product will be sent to our supplier for troubleshooting if we cannot fix the issue on-site. The process starts after the defective product has been sent to Wifi.se Sverige AB and the described issue has been verified. Our standard troubleshooting process is 7 business days. If we cannot fix the issue, the product will be forwarded to our supplier, which may extend the processing time.

Returning defective products to us is at the buyer’s expense. Repaired products are returned to the buyer at the seller’s expense.

Subscription Period and Termination
The subscription is ongoing with no termination period. The subscription period is a minimum of 4 or 12 months and works as a recurring service.
Termination must be made 30 days before the end of the subscription period. If not, an invoice will be sent, or an automatic charge will be made for a new 30-day period for your mobile data subscription.

Payments and Personal Data (GDPR)
Payments are processed by Klarna AB, a secure Swedish electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in compliance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. When you make a purchase, you agree that we store and manage your personal data. We store the necessary data to fulfill our agreement with you and operate our business. Under GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store is irrelevant, incorrect, or incomplete, you can request its correction, restriction, or deletion, which we will do to the extent permitted by law (e.g., accounting laws). Warranty and Complaints
Routers, router packages, antennas, and other accessories come with a 1-year warranty.
Any defects or issues with received goods must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints must be made within 3 years of receiving the item unless otherwise stated by warranty, other guarantees, or law.

Fair Usage Policy
For our SIM cards, where data can be used for 365 days, at least 50% of this data must be used in Sweden. These cards must also be purchased in Sweden. If misused outside of Sweden, we reserve the right to deactivate the SIM card.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). If such conditions persist for over one (1) month, either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately.

Disputes
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be referred to the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) or general courts.
