TP-link router and roaming issues abroad

All TP-link routers are locked for roaming. This means that your Wi-Fi will stop working when you are outside of Sweden’s borders as no Swedish SIM card will work abroad with this router. However, it is possible to unlock this block by accessing the router and enabling roaming, just like you can do with your phone.

To log into the router’s administrative interface, you need a phone, tablet, or computer that is connected to the router’s wireless network. Information about the wireless network and how to connect can be found on the screen on the front of the router.
