Problems with roaming abroad

If you cannot surf abroad with your mobile broadband, it is likely because data roaming is not enabled on your router. (This does not apply if you bought a router from us. All our routers are open for roaming.)

If it has worked in Sweden and stops when you go abroad, there is a high probability that this is the problem. Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the router’s interface.
    • Do this by entering the IP address in a web browser and then entering your Wi-Fi password. (This is usually found on the back of the router, in the router’s manual). Otherwise, we recommend Googling how to activate roaming.
  2. Go to Network Settings.
  3. Select Internet Connection.
  4. Activate Data Roaming.
