If you cannot surf abroad with your mobile broadband, it is likely because data roaming is not enabled on your router. (This does not apply if you bought a router from us. All our routers are open for roaming.)
If it has worked in Sweden and stops when you go abroad, there is a high probability that this is the problem. Follow these steps:
- Log into the router’s interface.
- Do this by entering the IP address in a web browser and then entering your Wi-Fi password. (This is usually found on the back of the router, in the router’s manual). Otherwise, we recommend Googling how to activate roaming.
- Go to Network Settings.
- Select Internet Connection.
- Activate Data Roaming.
