When you order our digital roaming eSIM, no physical delivery takes place. Instead, you receive a QR code by email, which is also available on My Pages, your personal customer portal.

No data package is included at the time of order. This means you are not tied in advance and can activate only when you actually need connectivity.

You choose your data plan and validity period, between 1 and 6 months, via My Pages, where you manage activation and data plans at your own pace. Price for 100 GB: 59€.

Once the data package has been selected and paid for, the eSIM is activated the same day and is ready for immediate use within the EU, as well as in the UK and Norway.

Please note that an eSIM is linked to the device on which it is installed and cannot be transferred to another device.
Unlike a physical SIM card, an eSIM can only be installed and activated once.
